Both times they were very easy to work with and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. They kept me updated with pictures and videos all along the way. Once the vehicles were done, they looked incredible. For the first vehicle, we have had two annual touch ups. Each time has been just as good. I recently made an exotic car purchase and knew I wanted to make sure my investment was protected! I met with them for an initial consultation and they were great. We went over different options that were tailored to my needs.  I dropped my car off a week later and 2 days later I had my car back.  Their line of communication was excellent and kept me updated every step of the way. They even created a personalized YouTube video of their initial assessment prior to beginning their work! When I picked my car up they took extra time to educate me on how to take care of my car and how I should wash my car in order to maximize the ceramic coating and PPF! I contacted five different service providers and Ceramic Pro West not only had the best prices but they were the most responsive and helpful throughout the decision-making process.
